ZN63 (VS1) -24 Series High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker

The ZN63(VS1)-24 series high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is an indoor high-voltage switching device with a rated voltage of 24kV and a three-phase AC 50Hz frequency. It is suitable for control or protection switching in power transmission and distribution systems of power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and is particularly well-suited for interrupting critical loads and frequent operations in high-altitude areas.

The manufacturing of the circuit breaker complies with the Chinese national standard GB1984-2003 "AC High-Voltage Circuit Breakers," DL/T403-2000 "Technical Conditions for Ordering 3.6~40.5kV Indoor Vacuum Circuit Breakers," and relevant IEC standards, and it features reliable interlocking functionality.

The operating mechanism of the circuit breaker is spring-energy storage type, which can be operated with AC or DC energy storage, as well as manually. The circuit breaker can also be equipped with a long-life permanent magnet operating mechanism, with a mechanical lifespan of up to 60,000 operations, making it suitable for extremely frequent switching applications. The circuit breaker is designed in a front and rear split-mounted structure, allowing it to be used either as a fixed installation unit or assembled with a chassis truck to form a withdrawable unit.
